Most customers collect their vehicle from our showroom on East 7th Avenue, but we deliver across Colorado and can arrange enclosed or open transport further afield. This page explains how that works, what it costs and how long it takes.
1. Collection from the dealership
Collection is free and is the option we recommend, because it gives you a chance to walk the vehicle with the technician who prepared it. Collections are booked in 45-minute slots during opening hours at 200 East 7th Avenue, Denver, Colorado 80203. Bring your driver’s licence, proof of insurance and, where applicable, the trade-in title.
2. Local delivery
Complimentary delivery is available on retail purchases within a 35-mile radius of our Denver location, which covers Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Littleton, Englewood, Westminster, Arvada, Golden, Thornton, Broomfield and most of the immediate metropolitan area. Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Saturday, typically within two business days of the paperwork completing.
3. Statewide delivery within Colorado
Beyond 35 miles we deliver anywhere in Colorado at a flat rate calculated on round-trip mileage, quoted before you commit. As a guide, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins and Greeley are usually delivered within three business days; mountain communities and the Western Slope within five, subject to weather and pass conditions in winter.
4. Out-of-state transport
We do not drive vehicles out of state. Where a customer outside Colorado purchases a vehicle, we arrange collection by an insured, licensed and bonded auto transport carrier. Open transport is the standard option; enclosed transport is available at additional cost for higher-value units. Transit times typically range from three to ten days depending on distance and route density. The carrier issues a bill of lading recording condition at pick-up and at delivery, and you should inspect the vehicle against it before signing.
5. What happens on delivery day
- We confirm a two-hour arrival window by telephone the day before.
- The vehicle arrives fully fuelled, valeted and with two keys.
- You receive the signed inspection sheet, the vehicle history report, the Buyers Guide, temporary tags and the purchase file.
- We walk you through the controls and pair your phone if you would like us to.
- You sign the delivery receipt confirming the odometer reading and condition, which also starts the exchange window.
6. Registration, plates and titling
Temporary registration is issued at the point of delivery so that you can drive immediately. Our title clerk files the permanent registration with the Colorado Division of Motor Vehicles, and plates and documents are normally issued within ten business days. Out-of-state buyers receive a title package suitable for registration in their own state; the specific requirements vary and we will tell you what your state expects before delivery.
7. Risk, insurance and delays
Risk passes to you when you take possession and sign the delivery receipt, so valid insurance must be in place beforehand. Where we use a third-party carrier, the vehicle is covered by the carrier’s cargo insurance while in transit. Delivery timeframes are estimates given in good faith. Winter storms, road closures and carrier scheduling can cause delay; we will keep you informed and, where a delay is material and our responsibility, you may cancel and receive a full refund of any deposit.
