Do I need an appointment to test drive a vehicle?
No, walk-ins are welcome during opening hours. That said, Saturdays are busy and an appointment guarantees the vehicle is fuelled, warmed up and waiting for you rather than blocked in on the lot.
How long does a test drive last?
As long as you reasonably need. Most people take twenty to thirty minutes. If you want to drive it up towards Evergreen to see how it handles a real grade, ask and we will arrange an extended route.
Are your advertised prices negotiable?
We price close to the market from the outset rather than inflating for negotiation, so there is limited room. Where there is genuine flexibility — an ageing unit, or a strong trade — we will tell you.
What fees are added to the advertised price?
Colorado state and local sales tax based on your registration address, title and registration fees set by the state, and our documentation handling fee. Every figure is itemised in writing before you sign.
Do you accept trade-ins with outstanding finance?
Yes. We obtain the payoff figure from your lender, settle it directly, and either apply the positive equity to your purchase or discuss options if the vehicle is in negative equity.
Can I have the car inspected by my own mechanic?
Please do. We will release the vehicle for a pre-purchase inspection at any licensed shop in the Denver area during business hours, at your cost, with a signed release form.
Do you deliver vehicles outside Denver?
We deliver across Colorado. Delivery within the Denver metropolitan area is complimentary on retail purchases; beyond that we quote a flat mileage-based fee. See our Delivery & Shipping page.
What warranty comes with the vehicle?
Eligible retail units carry a 30-day / 1,000-mile limited powertrain assurance. Any remaining manufacturer warranty transfers with the vehicle. Vehicles sold as-is are clearly marked as such on the window form.
Can I return a car if I change my mind?
Retail purchases include a 7-day / 300-mile exchange window subject to the conditions on our Returns & Refunds page. It is an exchange programme, not an unconditional cash refund.
Do you buy cars from the public without a purchase?
Yes. Bring the vehicle, title and registration for a 20-minute appraisal and we will give you a written offer valid for seven days.
How quickly will my registration and plates arrive?
Temporary tags are issued at delivery. Permanent Colorado registration typically completes within ten business days, though DMV processing times vary seasonally.
Is my personal information shared with third parties?
Only with the lenders you authorise us to submit to, the Colorado DMV for titling, and the service providers described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell customer data.
